Beautiful Colonial style homestay with a swimming pool & 8 bedrooms set in a lovely, peaceful, garden setting ideally located to enjoy the beauty of Mirissa.We are only 1 minute from a truly beautiful bay which is protected by a reef for year round,calm,safe swimming & snorkeling.We also have our own canoes to use in the sea or to a nearby lake plus free snorkeling gear. The house is family run and perfect for families or small groups.All the bedrooms have either a sea facing or garden view and have traditional 4 poster beds & wooden furniture as well as stylish modern en-suite facilities.There are 5 double bedrooms in the main house all with balconies & we also have a two bedroomed family mud house in the garden with an outside shower and a new stylish guestroom on the top floor of a seperate house overlooking our natural pond . Our garden is the perfect place to relax with a beautiful infinity pool, hammocks, ponds & lots of local wildlife to enjoy.Kingfishers, peacocks, woodpeckers , squirrels & monkeys are just some of our daily visitors.We also grow lots of our own vegetables, fruit, herbs & spices.The garden also has mature mango, cinnamon, papaya, banana & cashew trees along with lots of tropical flowers and scented frangipani trees. Mirssa itself is also one of the best places in the World for viewing blue whales and boats leave from the harbour during the season ( October - April ) we can book one of these trips for you. We also have out own car & mini van if you need any help with transport.
